HURRAY! The Philippines is updated again..this time its the Automated Election. THE BIG QUESTION IS: can the Filipinos cope up easily with it? there are lots of speculations that this automated elections will come to a failure. If this will happen, what will be the next scenario? a military take over? a civil war? people power? coup d' etat? revolution? War? and who will suffer? enough of this melodrama. lets just all be vigilant and coperate come May 10, 2010 elections. hope this will bring good result to our country. Good Luck mga Kababayans! Now comes the Precinct Count Optical Scanner (PCOS) machine. this will ease up the burden of Juan dela Cruz in terms of voting and counting. this is an innovative way in which im pretty sure that majority will be not comfortable. PCOS will solve the "dayaan" problem? maybe, but maybe not.. remember it is only a machine. humans will still manipulate it. whatever will be the result, its still human factor to consider.
